By using and making any order on our website you are agreeing to comply and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Ordering Policy
We make every effort to ensure our inventory is accurate, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will call or email you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.
Please note that pictures may not be to scale; always check dimensions. Colours and textures are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, as with all photography; there may be some slight variation.

We accept all payments via PayPal or bank transfer and it does not require you to sign up or share your card details.
We offer a good discount for resellers or large quantity orders. Contact us for a quote.

Shipping and Delivery
If the product is in stock we will ship asap, otherwise we’ll ship within 1 to 2 weeks after receiving the payment.
Why that much? Unless we have it in stock, the item will be crafted from scratch using a CNC miller and a lot of manual finish. That takes some scheduling and quite a bit of time. We don’t rush but we keep in mind that you’re looking forward to open the parcel, which will be a recycled cardboard custom box stuffed with soft material to protect the goods.
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
International shipping delivery times takes until 5 business days to Europe and 7 business days or more to the rest of the world.
At busy periods such as Christmas please allow a couple of days extra.
If you have a delivery deadline please let us know by emailing us and we will try our hardest to meet it.
Please note that most of our orders from abroad are sent using a trackable or signed for delivery service. We will not send you the tracking number automatically unless some problem arises during the delivery process. However if you wish to know the tracking number we will be happy to send it to you, simply contact us.
Upgrades are possible. If you want insurance, sure shipment tracking or express delivery contact us before placing the order and we will try to figure out what’s possible and how much it costs.

All items are dismountable and flat-packed, which reduces transportation costs a lot.
Keep this in mind when purchasing: the client always has advantage buying multiple items.

Customs and Sales Taxes
If your order is to be delivered outside of the EU it may incur import duty, fees and/or local sales tax, for which you are liable. Please contact your local customs officials for more information.

Refunds and Exchanges
If the item gets damaged during shipment, If for any reason you are unhappy with your order or if you have changed your mind any product can be sent back for an exchange or full refund within the 15 day returns and exchange period (which starts the day after you receive your order).
Before sending back the products please email us to notify your return request. We will then issue an exchange or a refund for the purchase price if you return the item in the condition that you have received it.
If the reason is being damaged please attach a photo of the damage(s).
Any returned item must be sent back in the same perfect, saleable condition in which it was received. However please note that any postage costs incurred in an exchange or return are at the buyer’s cost.

Returns are not applicable to bespoke or especially ordered or detailed items, to the specific needs of the buyer, who remains responsible for them.

Faulty goods or goods sent by mistake
If you have received any damaged or faulty item, or if your order is wrong or incomplete please let us know as soon as possible at goeasy@plyeco.com and we will rectify the situation.

Our products are manufactured with natural materials and are entirely finished by hand using sanding, natural oils or waxes, so please bear in mind about some hues and particular traces of its origins.

Our products are guaranteed for two years, including problems related to production or material defects. During this period we repair or replace the product.
We exclude damage related to misuse, neglect or normal wear of the material/product.
Please keep the purchase document/invoice during this period.

PLY&co. does not disclose or share any customer information with any third party. Any information collected as part of processing an order is stored securely.

Online shopping websites, such as ours, do require the use of ‘cookies’ particularly for the functionality of the ‘shopping basket’. Cookies can be disabled in your browser settings, though this may affect functioning of the website. Alternatively cookies can deleted after visiting our site, if wanted.
